Moving from Plusnet to Sky tonight after nearly two years service

My broadband is being switched over to Sky tomorrow (20th Jan) due to them adding LLU support to my exchange, I have had emails related to my home phone changing buy tnothing about broadband, phoned SKy tonight who have confirmed its all going ahead as planned, should I not be seeing something on my Plusnet account page?

No, they only get informed by BT after the event (and sometimes not even then Sad ).
When you're migration completes it's best to inform Plusnet so that they can sort out final payment/refund.
Did you ask for the account to be downgraded to dialup PAYG so that you could continue using the Plusnet incoming mail?
