I moved my broadband and phone on Monday to another house, and while it's currently syncing at 16775 the throughput is as bad as it used to be at the old house. Maximum download speed from any source (HTTP or NNTP) is around 175KB/s. Could I be stuck on a low speed profile somehow? The line has not disconnected overnight, so I don't think DLM is running.

Spoke to support on the phone this evening, turns out we were artificially limited to 1.6. The tech lifted this and one reboot later I have a 15Mb connection
Although, the current line speed page now says it should be 21Mb. Does that seem attainable with my stats?

That's the default value until proper reports come through from BT. It should be the same as your IP Profile (slightly rounded down).
