Hi i have been with plusnet for nearly 7 years now i think when we lived in ramsbottom lankashire but we have moved home now.
now a couple of months ago we got broadband from you but when i did a recent speedtest it said i was connected to a server up it manchester then connected to maidenhead as usual but i live in somerset now so why am i still connected to the server in manchester shirley it should be connected to somewhere say bristol or are youre servers just in Manchester

Hi, to put it simply t'internet doesn't work like that. Geography isn't very relevant.

Where are you running your speed test from to give you that info?

speedtest.net but i always use mybroadbandspeed.com
