Mismatch between my BT IP profile and my Plusnet IP profile again

I had a problem about a month ago where there was a mismatch between my BT IP profile and my Plusnet IP profile, which was speedily resolved by Chris Parr in the
Plusnet Comms Team.
I have noticed the same issue has occurred again today.
I have run BT speedtester with the following results:
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
    Your DSL connection rate: 7616 kbps(DOWN-STREAM),  448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
    IP profile for your line is - 5500 kbps
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 199 kbps
My IP Profile on PlusNet site is showing a Current line speed of 250 kbps
There appears to be a mis-match again between my BT IP profile and my PlusNet IP profile.
Please could someone take another look and adujst the IP profile at the Plusnet end please?

Hi there,
I appreciate that you raised this yesterday, but I've just had a quick check on your line, and the BT site is saying that your IP Profile is currently 135Kbps.
Is the BT Speedtester giving you different results?

Thanks for the reply.
I have just checked again and the BT speedtester is still saying the IP profile for my line is - 5500 kbps
I see my IP Profile on PlusNet site is still showing a Current line speed of 250 kbps
Sorry if I am missing something, but last time it just needed someone at your end to increase my Plusnet IP Profile up to 5500kbps and all was well.  Smiley
Could you possibly do this for me, to see if this fixes the issue?

looks like you have the problem me and some one else had a month ago whic is the 2 bt profiles didnt match and pn takes the ip profile from one of them.
we had to raise a fault ticket so BTw would fix the problem as it was there 2 profiles that was mis matched.

Yes, no problem at all.
We've seen a few occasions where one BT system shows a lower BT profile than the other one.
I'll get your profile changed at our end now.  Just try rebooting your router in 5-10 minutes.
