Miserable upload speed. Restricted by Plusnet?

I have an extremely slow upload speed with Plusnet and I previsouly got double with Tiscali.
Are Plusnet capping my upload?
See results from BT - receiving 0.07mb out of a possible 0.45

it is capped at 445kbps and if uncapped would probably give a sync of 888kbps
But that doesn't explain the terrible speed test result - was that wired or wireless

Wired. It's been like this for months but I'm fed up with it now.

If you dial 17070 option 2 is the line quiet
Have you raised a fault at https://faults.plus.net
Are absolutely sure that you haven't got a peer to peer program running

I did this earlier using the master socket and it's quite as a mouse. I came here to vent as I discovered it when searching. I'll raise a fault on that site now. See if it gets anywhere. Thanks.

What router are you using ?

Looks like a draytek router interface.  I had issues appear suddenly with upload speeds that turned out that the QOS option had been enabled on the router, turning it off fixed the slow uploads.

Vigor Draytek 2710.
Router is on factory default settings apart from account information and as such QoS is not enabled.

Do you have a different router you could temporarily try ? If you try and rule out as much as possible it will make PN's fault finding a little easier when they pick this post up.
