Migration - what happens - how do I know when it should be upgraded?

This may seem a very basic question ... but ... what's the sequence of being upgraded to CN21? I was told on 2nd April that the order to put my line in CN21 has been placed and that it should take 10-15 days to complete. Nothing else seems to have happened.
Except - my phone line was completely dead yesterday and was apparently an exchange fault. To fix it required a line fault to be raised with BT - which in fairness they sorted out fairly quickly. The Engineer said it was due to being connected to old equipment that was actually switched off - he got the idea that my internet service was being changed.
Anyway the line is now back ... but everything is exactly as before - Line Rate 8096 Kbps down 448 Kbps up, Noise Margin 10.2 dB, Line Attenuation 10.0 dB
What sequence of events should I now expect ... e-mail, does it just start working, do I need to call someone?
