Member area problem

Trying to log in to the member area to check usage etc, but keeps telling me my user name or password is invalid. It is the same details I have just entered to write this in the forum. Are PN having a problem or what has happened since this morning and earlier this afternoon, when I had no problem.

First ... all credit to PlusNet, who have the first thing you hear on the helpline is an account of the problem we are experiencing.
PN BB is down, as are internal systems
I cannot login to usage, either one, email old or new, Community etc
Just before it all went down, at 16:23 my line speed shot up from 17.10mb/s to 18.34mb/s .... go figure



17:15, my PlusNet Broadband is back up OK

I kept checking with Twitter PlusNet status feed on the site, it seemed to come & go.
Not been working now since BB came back on around 17:15.

Back up and running again, there  was quite a gap for 4 hours
