Member Centre Displays Incorrect Account Summary

I have just noticed that my Member Centre  Account Summary says
"Last bill: 09/02/2009:fully paid
Next bill:09/07/2009"
The detailed entries show the correct payments being made each month since February. The "Last bill" in the Summary I think refers to the last bill while I was on BBYW2. I am now on Value.

Yes, mine's been like that since 18/02/09 and I remember posting about it here in this forum.
Raised a ticket in April and got the response-
"Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I've seen this twice now, and so I've raised it as a problem to our development team. Please bear with us."
Obviously the development team has more important things to do  Roll_eyes

yeah ive got this and think i raised in a PM to jameseh a month ago.
it's due to the product change in my view as i jumped straight on to unlimited the day it was launched and didnt have to wait till next billing and last payment corrspondes to that date in feb

I had a similar problem where My Account Summary said:
Last bill: 23/02/2009:part paid
Next bill: 21/06/2009
I thought that was strange as all my bills are collected by direct debit.    I raised a ticket and this was the reply:
This is because of the discount for referrals.
The system adds this as a discount, meaning only part of the entire invoice is paid.
Sorry for the confusion.

Hi guys,
This is a display issue.
On the new products, rather than billing occuring on invoices dates, it happens with scheduled payments (which are taken on the invoice date).  This will result in your payments being taken on the correct date, but the invoice date not updating.  The invoice date does update at our end, but doesn't appear to on the member centre.
This won't happen on our legacy accounts, but a part paid invoice represents one that has been paid in full but subsequently refunded.
