Mega Drop in speed

I was thinking about changing to another ISP and got intouch with customer services. I was persuaded to save money by switching from my 21.99 a month payment to 14.99 (option 2).
Since Iv swapped, my speed as dropped badly especially on torrent downloads. I was told on the phone that the speed wouldnt be affected. Just the monthy allowance.
Anyone else with the same problem?

I've had a look at your account and can't see any issues, though it depends when you notice the slowdowns. Your peak time hours have increased, so if it's during the day this will be why - peak time on bbyw is 8am - midnight as opposed to 4pm - midnight. Your speeds from midnight to 8am should be fine.
