Maximum Latency increase last night, 12am-8am

I know this is probably due to some kind of maintenance and I do see quite a few guys on our community graph experienced this but here's my graph below:

Was this planned maintenance? Or possibly part of that ongoing BT maintenance.
To add to this on Unlimited Fibre.

We've seen it, trying to see what may have caused it now.
