Maaaaaaybe. Or maybe not!
It had actually changed itself by the time I'd had a look this morning Smiley

Re: Max Premium sign up

Tell you what, I'll give you the credit then. What's the profile showing as now then?
I'll give it a check when I get home. Could you do me a huge favour and post a link up for Max Premium upgrade? I seem to have deleted it / lost it / eaten it (delete where applicable).

Profile is now 7150Kbps.
http://portal.plus.net/wizard/?wizard_id=20 should do the job.

HI James
Gave it a reboot but still seem to on 2Mbps. Can't run a BT test though because the damn site is playing up again!

Re: Max Premium sign up

Odd - The information we get from BT is showing as the profile having been increased.
Our is also mirroring that given by BT.

I gave it a full turn off, wait a minute and then back on at the power switch, that's what we want, right?

Re: Max Premium sign up

Yep, that's pretty much it!
Might be worth trying it again, but the speeds should definitely be picking up.

Re: Max Premium sign up

Hi James
Tried last night a few times and had no difference, tried again this morning before I went to work and it was running at 6.5Mbps  :D. I'll give it another check when I get in tonight but really the time of day shouldn't make too much difference should it? At least not 4Mbps difference  Wink
p.s. I sent a ticket in for the Max Premium upgrade on Monday and heard nothing back, how long does it normally take?

Re: Max Premium sign up

I doubt it's the time of day.  Sounds like the BT system has updated in one place, but not the other.  Unfortunately I can't raise a speed fault until your first ten days are up.
I'll get the Max Premium upgrade done now - might kick things into life too!
