Max Premium on Old-ish account - info / help please

I have seen this very good offer on the home page- below: Can this be added onto my old-ish PlusNet Broadband Premier Option 2 account or do I need to go onto a new product?

"To request your upgrade to Max Premium, or removal of Max Premium, please use the following form.
Requests for the upgrade must be received between 11th March 2008 and 31st March 2008.
If you do not wish to be charged for the Max Premium service, you must request removal within 3 months of signing up for the offer, otherwise you will be charged at the standard rate of £8 per month."

Hi there,
You're perfectly entitled to receive that offer on your current product so there would be no need for you to change.

Hi Kezzie,
Unfortunately the service costs extra from BT wholesale and is priced accordingly.

Yep that's correct.
After three months the £8 per month charge will kick in.
