BTw still have a case open with some of their equipment vendors as I understand it. As far as I know though, the problem was inadvertently caused by a routing change late last Wednesday afternoon that was intended to fix an unrelated problem.

Hi - sorry it was my mistake after all [head hangs in shame]
After I ran through the diagnostics on Wednesday night to test the line I had used the wrong username/domain when I tried reconnecting the modem (@plusnet.dsl instead of @plusdsl.net)
Have reverted it now and we're back in business,
By the way my mobile number has changed which explains why I might of missed that call - I've updated my details now though.
Cheers and thanks, glad to see Plusnet up to their usual high standards, I always recommend you guys to anyone who'll listen.
