I was responding to an open question where the response from the agent included  wide pasted text. This is what it looks like in Firefox 3 and IE7

Looks like the agent copied and pasted RADIUS logs and WOOSH results into the ticket and it has copied some of the HTML which is rendering itself on the portal.  Not sure if this has happened before as it used to just paste it as a block of text.
