Low speed estimate has me provisioned on ADSL1 :-(

Hi,
I raised this as a ticket on Thursday but there's been no response so far - ticket ref #104122830
Ticket contents (slightly updated to add detail for those interested):
Due to the low speed estimate (2.5Mbps) for my line it has been provisioned on ADSL1. The line however is performing significantly better than the estimate, and achieving the full ADSL1 sync speeds with a healthy noise margin:

It's also of note that my previous service with Zen on this line supported a stable ADSL 2+ service at around 10 Mbps.
Please could my line be updated to ADSL 2+.
