Lost email

I have signed up for the Postini Trail and I have found that 5 emails over this last week from my son who works for the RSPCA have not arrived. Does anyone know if this is Postini related? And what might be the way around this?  Thanks. David

Has your son still got the copies of the emails in his sent items? If so, somehow these need to be given to Plusnet to investigate.
