Apparently they can find nothing wrong with the line. Must be an issue somewhere. The only thing that has changed in my setup is the 582n.
The cables I use were fine with my TG587n v2 with my previous ISP, and I had hardly any obvious disconnections ( my up time was always in months, not hours or days).
