  as the subject says
Not happy with plusnet this is my second month with you's and im thinking i chose the wrong isp.
month 1
broadband was great . just you billed my bank account 5 times for broadband and phone in first week and locked me out the members center for not paying my bill?.
after quick look round the  forum it came clear multple billing was a normal thing for plusnet.
So rang up sorted the prob and got credit notes on my acoount. i told the nice lady on the phone i want my bank details removing becouse i'm not having this every month,
she agreed and said they would send me a bill which i could pay at post offfce each month and my bank details have been removed.
month 2
locked me out the members center for not paying my bill,
plusnet have been trying to take money from my bank but was  unsuccessful as theres no money in there, this was after plusnet had removed my bank details from the system :-X.
rang up told them i,ve not recived my bill to pay, the nice man told me they do not send out bills to pay at post office only payment by bank.so the nice women in month 1 fed me a load of shit and did not remove my bank details.
and now i get Loss of synchronization  alot .
i told my boys they need to download after midnight. but they say that no downloads ever completes if they start them after midnight.

1 dB noise margin???  I thought the minimum was 6 dB.  That means the signal is barely above the noise; no wonder things aren't stable.

I'm not very expert at this but when the equipment at the telephone exchange sets up the connection it is supposed to target a 6dB noise margin, or more if it thinks the connection is poor.  AFAIK there is nothing you can do about this.  Ideally for the fastest connection you want the noise margin to be a small as possible without compromising performance - and BT have deemed that this happens at 6 dB.  The fact that your line isn't hitting the target presumably accounts for your frequent loss of sync.  Hopefully on Monday someone from Plusnet can advise you on what to do about it.
