Long hold with call centre

Hi,

 

I have been trying to get in touch with Plusnet to advise on my home move but keep getting put on hold for long periods of time.

 

I would like a response on this.

Are you calling Plusnet Home Moves Team on 0800 587 1952 as shown on  https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/movinghome/ 

 

Unfortunately Plusnet will need you to call them for  home move.

As SpendLessTime has confirmed, you can call us directly on 0800 587 1952 to discuss your home move.

They are open between the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 6pm

If you have not already been in contact with us, please provide the best time for us to call and we will try to arrange a call back.
