an alternative to 212.159.13.49 and 212.159.13.50, though I have changed to the Google DNS and it hasn't made any difference. I just thought that a different server might reduce the numer of time outs that I get. Since I don't seem to be getting any help from your end I thought I had better fiddle around here.

If you've changed to Google DNS and not noticed any improvement then it only makes it more mysterious I'm afraid.

Your line is testing completely fine and if you've used multiple DNS servers I'm not sure where we can go from here.

One change I have tried is giving you a static IP to see if this helps. If you reboot your router you should pick this up.
