From 10-01-2013 to 17-01-2013 I had a phone line problem, phones not working(broadband still worked) and this was repaired by BT, but since then my line speed has dropped from what was a steady 5mbps to a a slow 1mbps.

Your line sync speed, according to the stats in your previous post, is 5856 kbps. It's still not that great, given that your downstream attenuation is 34 dB but perhaps that is because your target SNR has been raised (to 9dB presumably) as a result of your phone line problem. So it would probably be best to report this as a speed fault.
If you are only getting 1Mbps it is probably because your BT IP Profile (run the test here http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ then choose Further Diagnostics) or your Plusnet Profile (shown here https://portal.plus.net/m...ction=data_transfer_speed as Current Line Speed) has not caught up with your improved sync speed. This will happen in time but if your Current Line Speed is lagging behind your BT IP Profile then Plusnet Tech Support should be able to remedy this for you if you call them.
