Line keeps dropping

Hi

 

My broadband keeps dropping out. The light on the router goes from blue to green. For some reason it usually happens on the hr for 1-2 mins. Usually at 9pm but can be other times. Is the fault at your end or is it my router?

The green light suggests the router is physically restarting. That's not normal. I would suggest you try factory resetting by inserting something into the pinhole at the rear of the device until the status light flashes green. If the situation remains unchanged then I'll take a better look.
