Matt or Jojo,
Please can you look at my ticket 40716201 as it now says closed but I spoke to a tech guy on Friday who said I needed an engineer to visit. If my line has been fixed can you now switch interleaving off, as it used to be switched off before I got the upload errors that Plusnet are seeing.
