Is this normal for this? I asked a question on support and they say i have to ring between 9am 5:30pm WEEKDAYS.... Well guess what? I have no phone to ring from and i work from 8am till 6pm! What am i surpose todo?

It may be un-usual, (in that most activations are in 5 working days for working phone lines where there is exchange capacity) but normal if there are other things to deal with.
It sounds as if you don't have a working phone line. Without knowing your situation and what installation work is required who can say if its normal or not?

Hi aceadam,
I can see that it's due for then. I'm not sure why it's that long unless it's engineer availability or your availability, but I can't check right now as the ordering systems are currently down. I'll check tomorrow to see if there are any other appointments earlier. Are there any dates you're not available?
