Line Reset Possibly?

Good afternoon  Smiley
I have just had my old internal phone cable and very old master socket replaced with nice new stuff, i also invested in
a brand new netgear router, was not too fond of the technicolor 582 i was given by plusnet.
So what i was wondering would i need to have my line reset due to the internal work that's been carried out ?
Don't really know if it will improve my speeds, quality might be a bit better with renewed cable and socket, not really sure.
I am all set up and running so i'll wait for some advice from the experts  Smiley

Hi there,
I've just checked and can't see a need for a line reset as what you've being doing hasn't triggered any changes in the line profile for your connection.
