Line Reset Please

Could a kindly PlusNet support person initiate a line reset for me?
OpenReach have at long last found out what why my line was intermittently noisy; apparently a corroded fuse in the exchange was the problem.
The line has been stable for the last 2 weeks since they fixed it so it would be good to get my SNR target back down from 12dB to 6dB.

I have requested the SNR reset for you. This can take 24 hours to take effect.

Thanks Jojo, that's worked already.  I now have a BT profile of 3.16Mbps, hopefully the Plusnet profile will follow it before too long.
I really appreciate the prompt action I always get from you and your colleagues.

I've lifted your PN profile to 3100 to allow for you new BT IP profile. It should take effect shortly.
