Line Attenuation/SN Margin seem ok?

Hi guys,
Having read through a few posts on the forum, I looked at my router stats and noticed something weird with the Line attenuation and SN margin on my router.
I don't seem to be experiencing any issues but was wondering why the line attenuation on the UP is 10.9dB and 21.0dB on the Down?
The SN margin is also different between up and down at 31.9dB UP and 6.2dB Down.
Also, does PlusNet have any documentation as to what the link information means and the acronyms stand for?  I know no other ISP(that I know of) has anything similar but PlusNet are pretty clued up when it comes to writing documentation!
Here's the link stats...

Re: Line Attenuation/SN Margin seem ok?

You need to ask for the upload to be uncapped - it may be picked up here
Everything else is fine
Attenuation on upstream is always about half that on downstream because of the different frequencies used

Re: Line Attenuation/SN Margin seem ok?

Thanks Oldjim!
I raised a call a few days back and mentioned that upload is lower than it was on the previous provider but no one mentioned anything.  The reason why I pointed it out is because I'm a heavy Citrix user so upload is quite important to me!
Is it just the upload speed they cap?
PLUSNET STAFF - can you pleeaseee pleeaseee pretty please uncap my upload?
Thanks!
