Limited Acess

I have noticed on rare occasions when I switch on my laptop the wifi logo has the circle rotating and it tells me that I have limited acess,then after a few minutes I am back online I just wondered if this means that I might have problems in the future.

It is really weird tonight I have had two disconnections never had this before nothing has changed at my end I just wondered if it was outside sourses.

When this happens can you login to the admin page of your router?
