Likely to lead to service price increase?

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2008/12/05/llu_pricing/
Saw this a while back and wondered how whether the hike would be charged in full or would PN try and minimise the hike?

Re: Likely to lead to service price increase?

That report was about caps, i.e. the maximum that Openreach can charge.
Presumably, like any business, they negotiate with their larger customers...... Roll_eyes

Re: Likely to lead to service price increase?

Removal of caps still leads to higher prices to SPs like PN.
Higher prices to SPs = higher price to customers and based on what BT have just done they will be looking to make up the ost revenue and then some so it will lead to a price hike.
