A fortnight ago we had a lightening strike that took out a router and a couple of repeaters, all equipment has been replaced. The new router is in and has been up for 10 days. It appears the line has been downgraded from 2.5 mbps to about 1.4mbps (connection speed on the router, not BTW speedtest).
Any suggestion on how I get the line upgraded?

I dont know how technical you are but there are a number of possibilities, the most likely cause is that your lines loss is higher than it was before the strike, this can be caused by protective equipment (flash tubes) having been damaged in the strike but not replaced and/or insulation damage causing excessive signal loss. OR it is simply be the DLM has not completely recovered your line from a new installation state, best raise a fault ticket and get Pnet to investigate. BTW what are repeaters ?

Let us know how you get on.
Hi Matthew - saw the disconnect for the line reset. ASDL connection speed is marginally better (1960kbps-2144 kbps) was before strike around 2900 kbps
btw (speed test) still reports 1.4mbps,
