Hi, I have been a customer since 2009 on adsl, I tried to sign up for plusnet fibre on I think the 8th September, and after filling everything in online including payment details back came the message cannot do this at the moment please try later. So I signed up for Now Broadband straight away, modem delivered and now online with Now Broadband who I believe tells you I am leaving. It is impossible to get through on the phone and cannot use online. I have also found out you have charged me £6.99p on the 9th September for a router ( which I have never received) so please refund me the £6.99p. Many thanks
