Late Call Charges

Can anyone explain why I have this on this months bill. This is the second time I have incurred this. The first one was for pennys this one is for pounds.
I've looked in the Questions and answers and it's not much help.
Any help appreciated.

As I mentioned, this is basically down to the unconfirmed call problem that we're currently looking into.
