Hi, I was looking to open another question but I can't seem to be able to. I have been experiencing a large amount of packet loss since having Plusnet set up. I logged a ticket about this and I was told that it was due to a problem with settings on the line at the exchange. This was resolved and I was asked to wait 10 days for the line to test itself and then it should sort out the packet loss. It has been 2 weeks and the problem still exists. I have no way to open up the ticket again and the live chat doesn't let me begin a chat.
