Lagging while online gaming

Heelo, Im currently trying to online game but I keep getting a lot of lag during game and when people speak to me.. I also get buffering while trying to watch online videos. I have tried playing through ethernet cable but still get lag. Please help with this issue.

Checks on your account and line diagnostics aren't showing any obvious issues.

Is this affecting just one game in particular or any/all that you're playing?

Can you let us know what platform as well please? (i.e PC/Xbox/PSN etc)
