LCP down

I am on one of those lines that worked poorly with ADSL2+ and its draconian DLM. My router is reporting some disconnections but not all of these are being picked up by routerstats which is plotting downstream sync and noise margin every 5secs.. Below is edited highlights from the log of a reported disconnection where the line itself appears to stayed up.

Whatever it was happened twice!
Is this an ADSL2+ line issue?
