This is the third day that our connection drops constantly, roughly every 30 mins. Nothing has changed on our end, however I restarted the modem/router (Netgear DGND3300v2) countless times, updated its firmware, tried a different line filter, moved to the other phone outlet, everything that I can think of that could help. This persists throughout the night, it persists regardless of there being anything connected to the router. The router logs are just a constant stream of this:
Also, when the internet is actually maintaining a connection, the speeds are very poor, compared to prior to this issue arising. Now they look like http://speedtest.net/result/2250892420.png, http://speedtest.net/result/2253003015.png and http://speedtest.net/result/2253096223.png (with occasional results like http://speedtest.net/result/2253055045.png and http://speedtest.net/result/2246781752.png).

Every 30 minutes makes me think its a disconnect on idle setting, check your router settings

Hi zzzzzz,
Welcome to the Forum. Beware restarting the modem/router repeated times, especially in short succession. This could make the Exchange Dynamic Line Management think you have line problems (which you may have) and limit your speed more in an attempt to stabilise the situation.
In future, when you want to swap anything about or reboot/resync I suggest you use this Disconnect method -
Do a Disconnect of your PPP Internet session with the ISP - you need to login to the modem/router interface and look for the Disconnect button to click on. (see fig.35 on p.55 of your manual).
Now wait a few minutes, power down. Then wait 10 minutes (during this time swap any filters, modem/router, connect to test socket, etc. - it doesn't matter if you take longer than 10 minutes) and then power up again (You may need to login to the modem/router and click on Connect to re-establish the PPP Internet session). Check the stats immediately (The Noise Margin [SNRM] shown is usually the current Target Noise Margin).
I usually recommend you do this no more than 5 times in an hour, and then leave it alone for the rest of the day. Remember the reason for this procedure is to help prevent the exchange DLM from thinking you have a dropping connection (or a worse one than you may have).
You can use the Disconnect/Connect (without a power down) to Gateway hop.
Looking at your current Modem/router Stats, the slow Connection Speed with the Current Noise Margin suggests that you have a lot of interference or noise on your connection.
When the problem arises, does the ADSL Link LED flash or does it remain solid green at all times?
When you are swapping things about, it is the Current Router Stats ADSL link you need to keep an eye on. It's improvements in the Downstream Connection Speed that you are looking for. Whilst you will be interested in your download/throughput speeds at the end of the day, it can take a while for these to improve after your Connection Speed has improved. Judging by your Line Attenuation and previous speedtest results, the Connection Speed should be in excess of 8000kbps.
Do you have a Master Socket that looks like the one on the left and do you use Microfilters that look like this?
Do you have Microfilters plugged into every socket that has something plugged in, especially Sky boxes and the like?
Can you hear any crackling or other noises on the line when using the phone or have any problems with incoming or outgoing calls?
If so, use the disconnect method and check with a known good corded phone plugged direct into the test socket/master socket. Use the quiet line test, dial 17070 option 2.
Have you changed anything in your installation recently, bought any new equipment, electric appliances etc.

It seems this issue has either resolved itself, or is taking a break. The last disconnect was at 11:45 last night, and it's been up ever since. The speed issue is still afoot, however.

If you can answer the above queries it will be helpful information to advise on your speed issue. Could you also please post the current modem/router DSL stats.
