Keep getting kicked from battlefield 3

Hi everyone
I'm on the fibre unlimited and keep getting kicked from battlefield 3 for some reason with a no packet flow error for punkbuster. If I switch to my BT line it all works fine and dandy. I have tried turning gaming mode on, disabling the firewall, forwarded all ports, making the router pingable, DMZ, removed the Plusnet router completely and disabled the firewall in the Plusnet CP.
I normally run load balanced, with 2 fibre lines into a Draytek 2920. I'm pretty savvy and have worked in IT previously. If I get these errors and switch off the Plusnet line and switch to the BT one it works flawlessly but this is disrupting other work stuff on the BT line. I also want to use the Plusnet line as it has a better ping :).
I'm running with the 2 fttc modems directly into the Draytek for my everyday operations.
Does anyone have any idea or have experienced this on Plusnet? What did you do to resolve it? I have done the reinstalls and all that malarkey and if it was that it wouldn't work on the BT line.
Thanks
Dave

Re: Keep getting kicked from battlefield 3

Hi,
Can you do a speed test on the BT speed tester and let us know what your line profile is set to.  I think our profile is set too high and this is causing QoS problems.

Re: Keep getting kicked from battlefield 3

Download speedachieved during the test was - 47.46 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 16 Mbps-48.22 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 48.22 Mbps
I think it has been as high as 50 but that's about it. Come to think about it I often get slight stalls opening web pages, could this be related? I put it down to the plusnet DNS.

Oh and the upload is wrong, I get full upload speed, normally around 17-18mbit.

Re: Keep getting kicked from battlefield 3

I've corrected the profile on our side to match the IP Profile shown on that speed test. You may need to log in to the router and disconnect/reconnect for it to make any different though.

Re: Keep getting kicked from battlefield 3

Basically, we hadn't received an update from BT about what your profile was set to, so we were QoSing your traffic wrong.  This means we could have been sending you data faster than your line could handle!  Give your router a graceful restart and then do some tests and let us know if that feels better!

I'll have a play, it will be awesome if it's that simple, I've been pulling my hair out Smiley

Re: Keep getting kicked from battlefield 3

Sadly it made no difference :(. The firewall etc is definitely off at Plusnet's end yes? It says it is in the CP.

Re: Keep getting kicked from battlefield 3

Yeah, I only did a soft reset, is a modem reset required? I guess the router reboot should have refreshed the session.

Ok.  I'll get someone checking your line.

OK, I'll keep investigating here too. All I have achieved is lowering my sync by the looks of it.
Thanks

Re: Keep getting kicked from battlefield 3

I'm just running a some checks over your connection. I'll let you know the outcome.
The drops you can see in the graph below, are they initiated by you? (I know the ones today have been.)
