Keep Losing Connection - PPP LCP Send Termination Request?

Hi, I keep losing connection a couple of times a day. I did raise a support request and they said it was fixed, but it doesn't appear to be. Is this a typical loss of sync due to line conditions? What is generating a "PPP LCP Send Termination Request"?

I'm sorry to see you're experiencing issues. I've taken a look at the account for you and I'm seeing multiple drops in a day. Can I ask what you've done so far try to diagnose the situation? I appreciate the fault may be external, but if you could confirm if you've tried the master socket, it would be appreciated.
