Kasperski message

I keep getting a message from Kasperski saying "Connection to an insecure network 'PlusNet Wireless D34903 detected'. Any ideas what this is about?

Re: Kasperski message

I assume that it is detecting that you are using http addressing, hence someone listening in to your Wifi could evesdrop. Try installing the  https Everwhere extension to your browser : https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere. This forces the browser to use a secure link to a website should one be available (there generally is).

Kaspersky secure connection is an encrypted VPN.
