Just moved to Plusnet, how to get my upload uncapped? plus another question

Hi,
I have just moved to Plusnet but now my up speed is 448 compared to 1024 before i moved.
I see looking here that it's a common problem for some reason.
I have looked around the Members area but can't see any thing about requesting it to be changed, so how do I go about getting it changed?

Also I see in the Members Centre that I have a usage meter telling me how much I have used, the questions is why do I need to know this on an unlimited package?
I also have email set-up problems but will post in the correct section.

But apart from these few teething problems my connection seems to work very well.

Usage
Regarding unlimited because it is of interest to a lot of users on that package and trying to remove it for certain packages would cause a lot of problems
