Have you completed a disconnect and reconnect from inside your router? This might just kick in the speed profile change I've made.
It will do it automatically but doing that manually may speed the process up.

What is the delta (difference?) report in any case? How often can I expect this to happen if we don't do anything?

The Delta Reports come through from our suppliers. It looks at what your profile is set to on their systems and automatically updates the profile set on our side to what it should be.
It would only update if your connection drops sync.

Hi froug,
It's at 4500 on BTs side but 7150 on ours, so that won't be slowing anything down at all. Unless you mean you'd like them to match, in order that the traffic prioritisation works correctly?
EDIT: I've matched the profile on our side to 4500 after receiving instructions

Thanks Matt, that's done the trick.
However - I'm confused. Not tricky, I'll admit. I was referring to the the profile that controls the traffic prioritisation used which (I assumed, possibly incorrectly) was unrelated to line speed. However, mention of 4500 and 7150 and you saying 'slowing anything down' makes me think you're fiddling with something that controls ADSL line speed, not traffic prioritisation. Can you explain or point me at some documentation that explains?

Once again, can a PN admin please reset my PN speed profile? My lag whilst streaming has reappeared. Any progress on making this stick?

What is your BT profile at?  (from the BT speedtester?)

Dave grabbed it.
Strangely, we keep resetting your profile to 8000.  This isn't normal, and might actually be a problem with the feed we are getting from BT.
I've pushed it back down and we are investigating.
