Just been connected and think my profile is wrong?

Hey everyone
Just been connected and did a speed test which is coming out at 35Mb. My guideline was 79-80 down, and I have just looked at the router stats and it is saying that it is connected at 78.12 down and 19.53 up.
If a member of staff at plusnet could take a look at that it would be great  Smiley
Thanks

If you are connected at 78/19 then your profile is probably correct.
That speed of 35Mb sounds like you might have been using a wireless connection. If you were then you should try again with an ethernet connection.

Hey  gofaster
That was over a wired connection. I thought that I had read on here that people have been put on the wrong profile so it is only allowing up to 40Mb, even though their connection was synced faster?

Looks to have been an incorrect speed profile set on the account. Sorry about that! It's been corrected so you should see that improve now.

No problem at all Adam Smiley Just nice that there is a place that we can come when there is a problem, and someone sorts it out quickly.
I am at work at the moment, so I will test it when I get home. Will I have to turn the router off and on again?
Thanks for your help with this.
