John Lewis broadband shows instead of plusnet...help!

Hi, my builder ripped of telephone line accidentaly, when i reconnected and tested phone all was ok however when im trying to sign in to broadband John Lewis sign in shows! Whats wrong here??? Please help...

Are you able to log into your router and check the broadband username it's configured to connect to?
I suspect it will be set to either tr069@plusdsl.net or setup@john-lewis.com.
If that's the case, you need to disconnect and re-enter your Plusnet broadband username and password which is in the following format:
<your_plusnet_username>@plusdsl.net
<your_plusnet_password>
