Issues in Bingley(BD16)

Just got home and everything seems to be still working. Could not tell you about packet loss though.

This is the eighth day of problems with my Plusnet Internet connection in Bingley.
I am on FTCC fibre and BT normally permit to have a speed of around 17Mbps.  Today according to BT Speed Test (http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/) I am still only getting 0.38Mbps download, 3.27Mbps upload and 352.50ms ping.  The ping is not my typing error.
My connection comes through the cabinet at the top of Parkside (Prince of Wales Park).  A friend on BT nearby is also affected, but my sister in Cottingley says she is unaffected.
Anybody else in Bingley still having problems?
Anyone know how we go about getting a refund for not getting the service that I am paying for?

I can see that Dan is keeping you regularly updated and has today confirmed that the issue is still ongoing.
I'm sure that once the issue has been resolved, we'll be able to sort out some form of good will gesture for you.
