Issue with being capped in peak hours at 1/2Mb

That's quite disconcerting as I can't see anything that could have caused that, I'll have to check after 4pm. Was it just a certain time or was it all the time from 4-midnight?

When I got in from work (5.30pm) it was fast. I went and watched TV for a few hours, then went back online (maybe about 8 - 8.30 ish). Very slow.
I tried my other computer in case it was my system... same slow speed. Did the usual reboot of the router routine... no difference.
This morning it was full speed (as I expected!).  It'll be interesting to see what happens after 4pm tonight.

Having checked and double checked I'm not convinced it's the same issue. I'll know for sure at 4pm though
