Issue with being capped in peak hours at 1/2Mb

Please can you escalate fault 37922566. The peak hours on my profile (4pm to midnight) are being capped at 1/2Mb download speed, in off peak hours I'm getting full line speed. I have not gone over any limits so it would be my guess that something has not reset since my last last payment date which is affecting my peak time usage.
I would really like to get this issue sorted for Christmas, but the call does not seem to be progressing at the moment.

Seems we've had a glitch somewhere which caused your profile to not be showing the correct service offer. That's now rectified so things should be back to normal. The consequences are that your usage may show some varying reports until your next reset.

A simular thing happened a couple of years back, all very odd. Anyway many thanks for sorting this out, it really is very much appreciated as I wont get it in the ear now from the rest of the family about the speed.
It's now showing full speed again so that's great.

I have the problem listed above again.
I'm getting a download speed of 2Mbit tops in Peek time which has been going on for a week now. Off-Peak time is working fine at full line speed so as before it's not my line, router or PC's.
I have not hit my usage limit in Peek Time. Jojo cleared this fault a couple of years back when it last accured by checking, and resetting my profile.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm also seeing heavily restricted speeds at peak time. I'm no aware of ny limits on m account.

There does appear to be an exchange issue:
Virtual paths: Amber
BT is reporting that some of the virtual paths at this exchange are not operating within BT Wholesale's planning guidance, although they are still operating within the product specification.
At busy times, your ADSL connection may operate at a reduced speed, although not all customers on your exchange may be affected. You should only contact support if there is no current ETA date set.
The ETA fix time is: Not provided by BT
