My phone is totally quiet no noise.
I normally get 5 -6 mb easy and constant for weeks at a time.
Is my router going faulty or is plusnet faulty?
Thanks for any thoughts.

Your router stats look OK now. What was your sync speed (bandwidth) before you restarted your router 24 hours ago?
What IP Profile does the BT Performance Tester (http://www.speedtester.bt.com) show?

Quote from: rob1user Your profile shows:-

0.5 Mb
Why?
The answer to that is because BT have supplied that value to them - the value highlighted in red below.

Having an IP Profile of 500kbps implies your router synced with the exchange in the range 576 to 832kbps within the last 24 hours. In which case it should have automatically increased again to 7150kbps by now. So it looks like the BT value is stuck. You need to raise a speed fault at http://faults.plus.net to get that fixed.
