Is there anyone who knows what they are doing in C/S

I've had BB problems before Christmas and someone has just sent me an email to say they are going to turn interleaving on. It's been at level 64 for months. They just don't seem to know what they are doing.

Having just spoken to another C/S on the phone I'm convinced they don't know what they are doing. Just ramble on and try to fob you off like you are a fool.
