Is there a routing problem (again) with the Tiscali LLU?

Hi people,
Does anyone from Tiscali LLU experience routing problems to some USA and Canada sites? Has been really bad from last night. Connections and tracert are all timing out. UK / EU sites are just fine. (No, I don't use Plusnet DNS)
