Re: Is the PN network standing up to the Unlimited onslaught?

I'm on ptn-ag02, came in here to see if there was anything going down as my speeds are bad tonight and my ping graph isn't looking to clever.

Re: Is the PN network standing up to the Unlimited onslaught?

What speed do you guys get when you download from FTP server (externally)?
I am getting very random download speed every second between 50KB/sec to 120KB/sec
Also downloading from SSH (using WinSCP) - I get less than 1KB/sec !

I'm currently downloading ftp://ftp.mirrorservice.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/18/Fedora/x86_64/iso/Fedora-18-x86_64-DVD.iso as a test for you at 1.4MB/sec according to Firefox.

Average of around 3.5MB/sec here, on ptw-ag01.

It's horrible tonight on ptn-ag02.

Speeds are nearly halved.

Just tried the above link [on fibre] - I seem to be getting only 2MB/sec (top speed on exceptional sites is 8MB/sec).

Hiya
Im on unlimited and I dropped the Pro Add on, having upgraded from Value Fibre.
My pings are much higher in the evening (play Battlefield online) which im not happy about, hope this is temporary glitch? Do I need to reset my router.
